It's time for the Crewe beer charts - craft, stout, real ale, fancy Dan stuff... whatever you enjoy drinking, we stock them. We get the barrels ready to roll, you drink 'em and love 'em. And guess what, we have had over 400 different barrels though Beer Dock since we opened our doors in 2014. That's some serious lifting and shifting.
So, what have been the best-selling flowing ales at Beer Dock so far during February?
Regulars to our quirky, unique and very chic Nantwich Road beery outlet will know that our kegs/casks don’t last long; so you need to get in quick! There’s plenty of variety, usually something to appeal to all drinkers. What we're aiming to do next is make sure that the top tipples return to Beer Dock for your pleasure.
Here are the votes from the Nantwich Road judge. As ever, in reverse order, here’s what you've been quaffing most in recent weeks, the best selling beers in town:
3 - Titanic Plum Porter, 4.9% by those fine chaps in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. Goldings Hops and a dash of pukka plum flavouring make this dark and moody brew a goblet of richness.
2 – Antipodean, 4.0% from the Marble Brewery, bursting with New Zealand hops. A light, session IPA that is clean and crisp.
And… drum roll… our top-selling draught in recent weeks...
1 – Crazy Rat, 6.0% from the Ossett Brewery. A particularly hoppy American style IPA. Pale but deceptively golden, full bodied fruity flavour. Gorgeous.
We WILL have this popular beauty on tap again SOON!
If you have a favourite draught that you have tasted at Beer Dock, please let us know. We'll get it back on tap. We aim to please. Really, we do...
